I have a small star on my left hand between my thumb and index finger. It is about the size of a penny and I really wish I never did it. I was 14 and jail inked myself with a friend. Im now looking for a job and really want this gone. Plus, my parents don't know I have it.

Lazer treatment is the only way to get rid of an unwanted tattoo. If it's small enough, it may not be that noticeable. It probably looks bigger and more noticeable to you then it does to other people because you don't like it and are probably self conscience about it which could give you the fear that it offends others when it may actually not be that noticeable to others.
To help you feel better though, with where you describe it is, the positions of your hand can hide a lot.

I mean i'm not trying to shoot ya down, but I know from personal experience that you'll not like the same things a few years from now (i'm 18 and remember when I was 13).
I wanted lip piercings when I was your age. Still wanted them at 18. Got them, and don't regret them one bit. I see so many people that just want them because they think they look cool though. They don't take care of them, and they abuse their piercings, and then want them gone in a year. A friend of mine got his lip pierced and took it out the next day cause he didn't wanna handle the annoyance of it.
I will say they don't hurt at all, and if you can prove to your mom that you'll take care of them, and that they're just tiny little holes that won't even be noticeable if you take them out, then she might go for it.
Personally I was in a somewhat similar situation and I just had to wait till I was 18 and could get them done without my parent's permission.

I love my tattoo artist but there's another artist there (or I assume he's an artist he's always sitting at the desk blabbing his mouth) that is so obnoxious he talks super loud about getting wasted that night, and what a bit#$ his ex wife is blah blah blah and has a really fowl mouth I can hear him while I'm getting my tatoo, and while my artist and I were discussing my tattoo he would constantly be interrupting. How do I mention it to him without sounding like a complaining customer. I love his work but

Very bluntly, tatoos are way to expensive and meaningful for someone to get and not feel comfortable, I'm sure if you are bothered other customers are too.

if you like 16 - or 17, just forget it untill your 18 the proper age to get a tattoo. once
your 18 it doesnt really matter what your mom saids because your an adult and
can make that choice on your own. if your already 18 then dont worry about
what your mom saids, sure she'll be mad but shes not going to hate you.

I am considering doing an internship in Mexico teaching and the job description says no body piercings or tattoos. I can easily take out my earrings but my tattoos are another thing.
I love my tattoos and don't regret them, but will need to cover them up if I do apply for this teaching posisiton (maximum of 6 months in Mexico). My tats on my legs are easy to cover with pants, but my wrist and ear are another matter.

Use a conealer. First apply a dark concealer and then lightly dab over it with your natural color concealer. I saw this once on What Not to Wear. Hope this helps.

Is it a barbell or a hoop (cbr)?
If it's a barbell - righty tighty, lefty loose-y
If it's a CBR the bead's held in by pressure and you just have to pop it out.
If your having problems, throw on a pair of gloves (latex or something similar) and try, it gives you a way better grip on the jewelry which makes it way easier.
