Everyday i call chum fm for beat the bank when they say to start calling and Everytime i call it goes straight to busy. I can never get through to the line. Are there any tips or suggestions that will help me get through to the line and be caller number 25?

If it's ONLY an online(internet) service ( i.e. not broadcasting via a radio antenna ) then you wont need a licence.
