Everytime I go to an amusement park I get a really bad headache at the end of the day. Some people say it's because my head is banged around a lot, others say it's motion sickness. How to get rid of a headache fast without medicine?

I took medicine and my headache STILL wont go away. This happens pretty much every time. I've tried a bunch of different meds, they dont work

Answer:
Headaches are sometimes caused by dehysration, so I would try drinking a whole glass of cold water..taking a warm shower and letting the water just fall on your head usually helps me..and if that doesn't work put a cold wash cloth over your forhead and eyes(: these are the things that usually help me...headaches are the worst.

How to stop or lessen chronic back pain without pills?

Medical marijuana would be ideal but it's not legal in my state yet. I really would like to avoid taking pills. 300% more people die from pills than illegal drugs. It's severe back pain. Standing and walking would not be possible if it wasn't for the pills I am currently taking.

Is there anything else I can take besides pills to lessen my back pain?

Answer:
street marijuana

How to get rid of intense shoulder pain?

I get these really sharp pains in my shoulder it's keeping me from sleeping I feel like I have to sleep with it above my head and it's so annoying. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Answer:
I've just been through this and it made my shoulder virtually unusable for a year. here's what I learnt: the shoulder doesn't get much blood flow so if you injure it then it heals very slowly and sometimes not at all. This means you end up with inflammation where the injury is and other muscles trying to do the job of the one you injured. Initially the best thing to do is take anti-inflammatories and rest the shoulder. But if there's no improvement after a few days or so then you should get a doctor to check it out. I ended up needing physio and even that didn't work until after I was sent for a cortisone injection. That's worked really well and now I'm finally able to do my physio exercises regularly - and even to sleep on that shoulder again :-)
