Copies of the report, as well as other documents related to the case, are all stored at the court house where the case was handled, and they are public unless for some strange reason they are sealed (not likely).

Write down or print the case number and court location.

I just got a ticket for not having my headlights on courtesy of the downtown LAPD(Los Angeles police). This is my second ticket in 18 months so I don't think I can do traffic school.
