How to remove lighter socket in hyundai elantra 2001? I am trying to remove the dash to replace my cd deck, and the lighter port is connected to it. Any suggestions?
Answer:
You don't need to remove the socket, just unplug the connector on the back of it. When you remove the dash trim panel you will see a rectangle shaped plug, you press one side of it (just look closely) and it will come apart...
