How to best prepare for a chess tournament?

What do I do the day before a chess tournament, tactics or relax? Am I allowed to play any electronics or watch TV? Thanks.
Answer:
For me personally, I like to do tactics early in the day and then spend the second half of the day relaxing. If you aren't prepared by the day before then most likely anything you do on that day will just be counterproductive. The most important thing is to rest and get a good nights sleep.
How can I write down how to figure out what players in a game go first?

I seem like I can't word it correctly. I am making a game and there can be a limit to four people. All I have is To find out who goes first, everyone takes turns rolling the one dice. The player with the highest number goes first. How can I put it in how the second third and last people go?
