No-Contract 0800 Unmetered Dialup Internet For £10 A Month
With MyInternetPass (MIP), you can get unmetered dialup Internet access for only £10 for 30 days. You are allowed a maximum of 80 hours over 30 days.
Alternatively, you can opt for their 2000 Anytime minutes, which costs £0.05 (half a penny) per minute. It contains £10 worth of credit which expires after 90 days.
The key thing is that there are no call charges as the dialup number is a Freephone (0808) number.
Best of all, there is no contract of any kind. You can order the prepaid card online and get it within minutes in your e-mail inbox, with your login information and the access number.

It's targeted towards students - who may be sharing a house/flat with others and want to control their Internet spending. However, a lot of people other than students will find it very useful. For example, it's very handy if you just need dialup access only occasionally - for example, when you're away from home, or if your broadband connection is out for a few days.
In my case, I bought it because I was waiting for my broadband Internet access to be activated, and 14 days is too long without any Internet access!
You don't have to install any special software to use it (just straightforward Dial-Up Networking) is a big plus in my book (boo to AOL and its bloatware dialer...)
However, at 80 hours over a span of 30 days (thats about less than 3 hours of usage per day) this plan is best suited for light to medium Internet users.
