How to install a PCI card with an antenna?

Here's what happened I have a PCI card with an antenna all ready hooked up to my computer. It worked great then my computer crashed and I had to wipe it. Now my wifi doesn't work. I don't remember if the soft-were was on a cd or downloaded. I had it installed by geek squad almost two years ago. How do I get my wifi up and running again?

You need to know the make and model of the card then download the drivers/software on a computer with internet connection, save to a USB or CD then install it onto your computer.
