How to report animal abuse at a pet store?

I live in Sebring FL and my local pet supermarket has been abusing their small animals. I spoke with the manager and she blew me off, told me she did not care, and raiser her voice at me. I sent a message to the main pet supermarket at customerservice@petsupermarket.com. I tried to call but no one answered. How else do i go about reporting this? Is there like a ASPCA in my area? I looked on the ASPCA web page, but did not find much.

Keep emailing and keep calling their corporate. Complain about the manager. If you can get their regional managers number and complain. Get your friends and family to boycott the store. Yelp (the website) and Google sometimes have store reviews. Post what you see there and what the manager did. If you got her name include that too in your post. Call or email ASPCA. Take pictures of the abuse.
