How to properly address a gay person?
Now that we are in the all out and proud era, what do we call gay and lesbian people. Do we refer to them as gay, lesbian, or person of an alternative lifestyle. I prefer calling both men and women homosexual. But I don't know the proper identification and don't mean to offent anyone.

you would just address them as you would any other person, however when talking about their orientation you would refer to them as gay or lesbian, not homosexual, that can be deemed as offensive by some people.
