How to get from Frankfurt Airport to Frankfurt Downtown and how long?

So I will have a stop over in Frankfurt for 6 hours and 20 mins. I was wondering, what way is the fastest to get to downtown Frankfurt? And will this be enough time to go into the city?
I don't really have to walk around the city, I just want to go there and take some pictures and get back so I dont miss my flight. If you have any tips, that would be greatly appreciated!!

6 hours is not enough time. you really risk missing your flight. If you wanted to explore Frankfurt, you should have planned a longer airline.
