How to get better quality on videos while recording with a camera on the screen?

My camera is 720p and the quality is great. I just want to know how can I get the videos crisp and clear like I'm using a HD PVR.

You can try to run a recording software to do this job. Some software are already powerful enough to record everything on your PC screen, including audio and even live video. I use a recording app to record what' s happening on my screen, no matter in games or chat with friends. ScreenDemo is what I use. Works pretty great.
