How to get your game on before a basketball game?

There are some days when i go into the gym, and I feel fresh, and it seems like everything that I put up goes in, but this rarely happens. Most of the time I feel stiff, and I have a lot of off games. So how do i loosen up and get my game on before a game of bball.
Answer:
Take a shower, then shoot a little bit before the game, then some vitamins. ( I do this schedule ALL the time )
